Our closed loop McCloskey crushing plant can crush, recycle, and classify all aggregates, concrete, asphalt, and most building materials.
If an architect can draw it, we can build it. In house concrete elevates our value proposition to risk adverse owners and general contractors. Scheduling, phasing, and scope gaps between the excavator and the concrete contractor becomes an issue of the past.
Our Vermeer rock trenchers can trench 14 feet deep and up to 30 inches wide in one pass. For areas not conducive to trenching or blasting, we utilize excavators with hydraulic breakers up to 100,000 lbs. We truly have every tool at our disposal if and when we encounter hard rock.
Our horizontal boring machines can jack and bore casing in most soil conditions on grade and line, including solid rock. In cobble/mixed conditions, or free flowing soils, we have the capabilities to perform alternative methods, like pipe ramming. Open ditch cutting utilities comes with it's own issues, especially when heavy traffic or sensitive surface areas are of concern--this is when horizontal boring shines.
Excavating in sensitive areas can bring a project to a halt. During these times we have both a Vacuum/Jetting truck and trailer at our disposal. We also do camera inspection and video in house to verify post work quality, as well as diagnosing out of sight utility issues.
Our 110ft Putzmeister Telebelt effortlessly conveys and places aggregate and concrete. Bringing conveying in-house makes sure we never have to do without, providing our customers with safe and perfectly graded interior slabs, no matter the obstacles.
We have the equipment to push mission critical schedules through the toughest of winter conditions. We own, operate, and rent ground thaw, indirect, and direct heater units. From hands off rental to us handling the entire process day to day, we can find an arrangement that works best for your project.
